Cold Soup Base
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 💧 300ml water

In a bowl, mix miso paste, toasted sesame seeds, ground sesame seeds, and water. Add the tuna and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator.
