BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g medium-sized anchovies
- 🧅 1 cup chopped green onions
Seasoning
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Trim the roots of green onions, wash them thoroughly, and chop into 1cm pieces.
Remove the guts from anchovies, wash them three times, and drain using a sieve.
Heat a pan without oil and stir-fry the anchovies until crispy.
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chili powder, soy sauce, and corn syrup.
Add the stir-fried anchovies to the bowl and mix well.
Add the chopped green onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
