BAHAN-BAHAN
- Wrapper - 8 spring roll wrappers
 
- Seafood - 🦐 50g peeled shrimp
 
- Vegetables - 9 snap peas (90g)
 
- Dairy - 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp pepper
 
- Oil - Vegetable oil, as needed
 
- ☆ Water-Flour Paste - 1 tsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
 
LANGKAH
Remove the vein from the shrimp and cut into 1cm cubes. Trim the snap peas and cut them diagonally into halves.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes. Add snap peas and stir briefly. Season with salt and pepper, then let it cool.
Place a portion of the shrimp and snap pea mixture and 1/8 of the cheese on a spring roll wrapper. Roll it up and seal the end with the water-flour paste. Repeat to make 8 rolls.
Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the spring rolls for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
