BAHAN-BAHAN

- 1 pack (180g) shirataki noodles
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, and cook for about 3 minutes. Drain and cut into bite-sized lengths.
Heat a frying pan, add shirataki noodles, and stir-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the liquid is absorbed. Mix in white sesame seeds and stir briefly.
