BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 1 bag (180g) shirataki noodles
 - 🥕 50g carrot, sliced
 - 70g mizuna greens
 
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp miso
 - 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1/3 tsp grated ginger
 
LANGKAH
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add sliced pork and stir-fry until browned.
Add shirataki noodles, carrot slices, and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Mix sake, sugar, miso, oyster sauce, and ginger to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Add mizuna greens and stir-fry briefly until just wilted.
