- Seafood - 3 tbsp dried shirasu
 
- Fermented Foods - 2 packs natto with sauce
 
- Egg - 🥚 2 eggs
 
- Toppings - 2 tbsp tempura flakes
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste

Separate the egg whites and yolks. In a bowl, combine the egg whites, natto, and the included sauce. Whisk vigorously until frothy.

Place warm rice in a serving bowl. Top with the frothy egg white mixture, dried shirasu, and place the egg yolk in the center. Sprinkle with tempura flakes and chopped green onion.
