- 🍄 200g fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
 - 🥚 4 eggs, beaten
 - 🧅 3 stalks green onion, chopped
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 4 cups broth
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 
LANGKAH
Wash and slice fresh shiitake mushrooms thinly, including stems.
Beat 4 eggs in a bowl and set aside.
Chop green onions finely and set aside.
Bring 4 cups of broth to a boil and add 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Add sliced shiitake mushrooms to the boiling broth.
Slowly pour the beaten eggs into the boiling soup in a circular motion.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top immediately after adding the eggs.
Turn off the heat once the soup boils again, stir gently, and serve hot.
