BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- Generous amount of seaweed
 - 300ml vegetable stock
 - 💧 300ml water
 - 140g nurungji (scorched rice)
 - 3 tbsp anchovy sauce
 - 2 tbsp Yeondu (vegetable seasoning)
 - A small amount of sesame oil
 - 🌰 A small amount of sesame seeds
 
LANGKAH
Soak a generous amount of seaweed in water and rinse thoroughly.
Cut the soaked seaweed into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
Add 300ml vegetable stock, 300ml water, and 140g nurungji to a pot.
Boil until the nurungji softens and blends into the liquid.
Add 3 tbsp anchovy sauce and 2 tbsp Yeondu seasoning.
Serve the porridge into bowls.
Drizzle a small amount of sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before eating.
