LANGKAH
Remove the base of the bok choy and wash it thoroughly.
Boil water and add 1 tbsp of coarse salt.
Blanch the bok choy in boiling water for about 1 minute.
Rinse the blanched bok choy in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
Place the bok choy in a bowl and mix with 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp salt.
Add 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds and mix well.
Serve the seasoned bok choy as a side dish.
