  • Vegetables

    • 20g cilantro

  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • ๐Ÿ‹ 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • ๐Ÿฌ 1/4 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp sliced chili

Slice the snapper and boiled octopus thinly.

Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add the sliced seafood, and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables: chop cilantro, slice onion thinly and soak in water to remove bitterness, and dice avocado into 1.5cm cubes.

Combine the marinated seafood with the prepared vegetables and mix gently.
