Cut the mushrooms in half lengthwise. Slice the garlic in half, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Pat dry the peeled shrimp and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat on low until fragrant, then add shrimp, octopus, and mushrooms. Cook on medium heat for 3โ€“5 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
