BAHAN-BAHAN
- Seafood - 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
 
- Vegetables - 60g burdock root, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
 
- Seasonings - 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 
LANGKAH
Slice the burdock root diagonally and soak in water. Drain and pat dry. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp, octopus, and burdock root, and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
