    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • A pinch of sliced chili

    • A pinch of chopped parsley
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • ๐Ÿฌ 1/2 tsp sugar
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper
    • ๐Ÿ… 200g canned chopped tomatoes
    • ๐Ÿ’ง 80ml water

Heat olive oil and chili in a frying pan. Add squid and grated garlic, stir-fry over medium heat for 2โ€“3 minutes. Remove the squid.

Add satoimo and the seasonings (sake, sugar, salt, pepper, canned tomatoes, and water). Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 8โ€“9 minutes.

Return the squid to the pan and simmer for 1 minute. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
