- 🍜 1 pack Shin Ramyun noodles
Meat
- 🥓 130g sliced pork belly
Condiments
- 🧄 10g minced garlic
- 50g doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 4g sesame oil
Vegetables
- 🧅 120g sliced onion

- 💧 600ml water
LANGKAH
Thinly slice the pork belly.
Mix doenjang, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create a sauce, then coat the pork belly slices with it.
Wash and slice the onion thinly along the grain, then sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the marinated pork belly to the pan and stir-fry over high heat for 10 seconds.
Pour 600ml of water into the pan and bring to a boil. Add the seasoning powder, flakes, and noodles from the Shin Ramyun pack, then cook for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
Transfer the cooked noodles and soup into a bowl and serve.
