    • ๐ŸŸ 1 piece salted salmon (80g)
    • 1 tsp salad oil
    • A small amount of mitsuba
    • ๐ŸŒฐ A small amount of white sesame seeds
    • Wasabi to taste
  • Broth

    • ๐Ÿ’ง 500ml water
    • 10g bonito flakes
    • ๐Ÿต 1/2 tbsp green tea leaves

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat, add bonito flakes, and let sit for 3โ€“4 minutes. Strain the broth using a sieve.

Return the strained broth to the pot, warm over low heat, and turn off the heat. Add green tea leaves, cover, and let steam for 1โ€“2 minutes before straining again.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add salted salmon and cook until both sides are browned. Remove skin and bones, then flake the salmon.

Place cooked rice in a bowl, top with flaked salmon, pour the prepared broth over, garnish with mitsuba, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve with wasabi.
