  • Salmon Mayo Sauce

    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • ๐Ÿง„ A pinch of grated garlic
    • ๐Ÿง‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
    • ๐Ÿ’ง 1 tbsp pasta cooking water

Cut the pea shoots into thirds after removing the roots.

Place spaghetti (broken in half) into a microwave-safe container with hot water and 1/2 tsp salt. Microwave at 600W for 2โ€“3 minutes longer than the package instructions. Reserve 1 tbsp of the cooking water and drain the rest.

Mix all the salmon mayo sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Combine the pea shoots, cooked spaghetti, and salmon mayo sauce in the bowl. Mix well.
