In a frying pan, mix the seasoning ingredients (tomato sauce, salt, pepper, olive oil, and water) and add the minced onion.

Layer the cabbage evenly in the pan, place the salmon in the center, and arrange the shimeji mushrooms and cherry tomatoes around it.

Cover the pan with a lid, bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
