Mince the green onion.

Heat lard in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add pork and green onion. Stir-fry until the pork changes color, then push to the side.

Add beaten eggs and cooked rice to the pan. Stir and break up the rice while mixing.

Once the rice becomes fluffy, add soy sauce, chicken broth powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry to combine.
