LANGKAH
Place the frozen pumpkin in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2โ3 minutes until soft. Let it cool slightly.
Break the banana into pieces and add it to a blender along with the softened pumpkin, honey, soy milk, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon powder if desired.
