    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
    • 🥑 1/2 avocado
    • 🌿 1 bunch parsley

    • 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Slice the boiled octopus diagonally into 2cm pieces.

Cut the potatoes into 1.5cm cubes, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Microwave at 600W for 4 minutes, then drain again.

Cut the avocado into 1.5cm cubes.

Mix the condiments (mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, salt, pepper) in a bowl, then add the potatoes and mix well.

Add the octopus and avocado to the bowl and gently mix.

Plate the salad and garnish with parsley leaves.
