BAHAN-BAHAN
- Seafood - 🐙 100g boiled octopus
 
- Vegetables - 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
 
- Oils - 50cc sesame oil
- 150cc salad oil
 
- Seasonings - 1 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 
LANGKAH
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters. Separate the maitake mushrooms into small clusters. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise and remove the core.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces using a rotating motion with a knife.
In a small skillet or frying pan, combine sesame oil, salad oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat over medium heat until fragrant. Add the octopus, shimeji, and maitake mushrooms, and cook for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms soften.
