BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🐟 1/2 can tuna
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, finely chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 🍶 1/4 block tofu, mashed
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- Cooking oil for frying
LANGKAH
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a strainer.
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the carrot.
Mash the tofu after removing excess water.
Combine the beaten eggs, chopped onion, carrot, tuna, and mashed tofu in a mixing bowl.
Add the cooked rice to the mixture and mix well.
Season the mixture with salt, approximately 2 pinches.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
Shape the mixture into round patties and fry them in the pan.
Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve warm.
