- Seafood - 🦐 70g peeled shrimp
 
- Condiments - 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
 
- Eggs - 🥚 1 egg
 
- Toppings - 3 tbsp tempura flakes
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
- Liquids - 💧 70cc water
 
- Grains - 🍚 1 bowl warm rice
 
LANGKAH
Remove the vein from peeled shrimp, place them in a microwave-safe container, add sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Crack the egg into a bowl and mix well.
Add soy sauce and water to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, then sprinkle shrimp, tempura flakes, and green onion on top.
Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until the egg is semi-cooked.
Serve the mixture over a bowl of warm rice.
