BAHAN-BAHAN
- Cheese / Dairy - 🧀 70g shredded pizza cheese
 
- Flour - 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
 
- Legumes - 40g finely chopped natto
 
- Oil - 1 tsp sesame oil
 
- Seasoning - to taste dried green seaweed
 
LANGKAH
Mix shredded pizza cheese and all-purpose flour in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix finely chopped natto and sesame oil.
Place silicone cups on a microwave-safe plate. Divide the natto mixture into portions and spread each evenly in the cups. Cover each portion with the cheese mixture. Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes without covering. Repeat the process to make 8 crackers in total.
Let the crackers cool to room temperature and sprinkle dried green seaweed on top as desired.
