LANGKAH
Clean the pumpkin skin using baking soda and cut into crescent shapes. Microwave for 3 minutes to soften for easier cutting.
Peel and dice the remaining pumpkin. Place in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 3โ5 minutes until soft. Mash the pumpkin with a fork.
Dice the sausages, onion, carrot, and mushroom. Use shiitake mushrooms or alternatives like button mushrooms.
Combine diced ingredients in a bowl with ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Layer mashed pumpkin in a microwave-safe dish, followed by the vegetable sauce, and repeat the layers.
Top with mozzarella cheese and crescent-shaped pumpkin pieces. Microwave for 5 minutes.
Serve the pumpkin cheese gratin hot with melted cheese.
