LANGKAH
Remove the skin from the mentaiko, slice the onion, and thinly slice the garlic.
In a bowl, mix the mentaiko, milk, and soy sauce.
Heat a pan with butter and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and stir-fry with the garlic and onion.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until evenly combined.
Plate the pasta and garnish with shredded seaweed.
