    • ๐Ÿฅ‘ 1 avocado
    • ๐ŸŒฐ To taste white sesame seeds
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tsp concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, twist to separate, and remove the pit using the base of a knife. Peel the skin and cut into 1.5cm cubes.

Scoop out the mentaiko roe from its casing.

In a bowl, mix the avocado, mentaiko, and the โ˜† seasonings (mentsuyu and sesame oil).

Place the cooked rice in a serving bowl, top with the avocado mixture, and place the egg yolk in the center. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
