BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 210g eomuk (agar jelly)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 shredded perilla leaves
- 🥕 1/4 cup julienned carrot
- 🥒 1/4 cup julienned cucumber
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Prepare the bibim sauce by mixing gochujang, plum extract, apple vinegar, soy sauce, apple juice, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Let it rest for flavor enhancement.
Prepare the eomuk (agar jelly) by slicing it into thick strips.
Julienne the lettuce, perilla leaves, carrot, and cucumber.
Arrange the sliced vegetables and eomuk on a plate.
Top the eomuk and vegetables with the prepared bibim sauce.
