- 1 tbsp tempura flour
Eggs

LANGKAH
Peel the zucchini and julienne it using a slicer.
Mix 1 tbsp pancake flour and 1 tbsp tempura flour in a bowl.
Add a pinch of pepper and 1/2 tbsp salt to the flour mixture.
Crack an egg into the mixture and add a small amount of water.
Mix the batter thoroughly until smooth.
Heat a pan over low heat and add olive oil.
Spoon the batter onto the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
