BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 200g soybean sprouts
- Crab sticks, appropriate amount
- A small amount of green onion leaves
Dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Wash the soybean sprouts thoroughly and drain them in a strainer. Prepare crab sticks and a small amount of green onion leaves.
Steam the soybean sprouts for 5 minutes over medium heat. Alternatively, blanch them in boiling water.
Let the steamed soybean sprouts cool down.
Shred the crab sticks and finely chop the green onion leaves. Optionally, julienne some carrots for color.
Prepare the dressing by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, and sugar until the sugar dissolves and the mustard is well blended.
Combine the soybean sprouts, crab sticks, green onion, and carrots in a bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad, add sesame oil and sesame seeds, and mix well.
Serve the soybean sprout salad as a refreshing side dish.
