    • ๐Ÿ— 50g chicken thigh

    • ๐Ÿ„ 1 shiitake mushroom, diced
    • 20g konjac, diced
  • Other

    • 10g fried tofu, diced
    • ๐Ÿ’ง Water as needed
  • Seasoning

    • ๐Ÿง‚ 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp mirin
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp dashi powder

Dice the carrot, shiitake mushroom, konjac, and fried tofu into 7mm cubes.

Cut chicken into 1cm cubes and mix with soy sauce (1/2 tsp) in a bowl along with the diced vegetables and tofu. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Add soaked rice, seasonings (โ˜…), and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the surface.

Place the marinated ingredients on top of the rice and cook using the regular rice cooker setting.

Once cooked, gently mix the rice and ingredients together.
