BAHAN-BAHAN

Condiments

- ๐ถ 2 tbsp vinegar
- ๐ 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- ๐ง 2 tbsp water
- ๐ฌ 1 tbsp sugar

LANGKAH
Thinly slice the cabbage using a knife or slicer.
Soak the cabbage in cold water with 1 tbsp vinegar while preparing the dressing. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender.
Blend until the carrot particles are fully dissolved.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage before serving.
Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to one week.
