BAHAN-BAHAN
Chicken
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
 
Sesame
- 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
 - 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
 
Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
 
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍯 1 tsp honey
 - 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
 
LANGKAH
Trim excess fat from the chicken thigh and cut into large bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, honey, and grated garlic) and marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
Divide white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and breadcrumbs into two separate bowls and mix each combination.
Coat half of the chicken pieces in the white sesame mixture and the other half in the black sesame mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to about 1cm depth and pan-fry the chicken on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
