BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
 
Seaweed
- 20g hijiki seaweed
 
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag mizuna greens
 
Dressing
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
 - 1 tbsp vinegar
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp salad oil
 
LANGKAH
Soak hijiki seaweed in a bowl of water to rehydrate, then drain. Cut mizuna greens into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, cook thinly sliced pork until its color changes, then drain and set aside. Prepare the dressing by mixing mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and salad oil in a bowl.
Combine hijiki, pork, and mizuna greens in the bowl with the dressing. Mix well and serve.
