BAHAN-BAHAN
- Seafood - 🦪 1 pack (6-8 pieces) clams
- 🐟 2 fillets cod
 
- Vegetables - 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Salt to taste
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Oil - 1 tbsp olive oil
 
- Liquids - 🍶 50cc sake
 
LANGKAH
Wash the clams by scrubbing their shells together. Separate the broccoli into small florets. Slice the garlic thinly. Sprinkle salt on the cod fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Once fragrant, add the cod fillets and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add cherry tomatoes, clams, broccoli, and sake to the pan. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes until the clams open. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
