BAHAN-BAHAN
- Vegetable - 1 burdock root (150g)
 
- Meat - 100g sliced beef
 
- Oil - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp miso
 
LANGKAH
Scrape the skin off the burdock root with the back of a knife and cut into thin shavings. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef slices.
Add the burdock root to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then add the mixed seasonings and coat everything evenly.
