BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp chili powder
 - 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 
LANGKAH
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl and mix with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar.
Pour the egg mixture into a heated frying pan. Stir gently with chopsticks when half-cooked to create scrambled eggs.
Once scrambled eggs are ready, remove them from the pan and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in the pan and sauté the chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add 1 tbsp chili powder and 2 tbsp soy sauce to the pan. Stir well.
Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix everything together.
Serve the egg mixture over a bowl of rice. Optionally, wrap with roasted seaweed for extra flavor.
