BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 handful of chopped green onion
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🥕 A small amount of chopped carrot
Optional Ingredients
- 4 crab sticks
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Heat a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil and stir-fry the chopped green onion to make scallion oil.
Add chopped vegetables (onion and carrot) to the pan and sprinkle a small amount of salt. Stir-fry until softened.
In a large bowl, mix the warm rice with eggs until evenly combined.
Add the rice and egg mixture to the pan, then season with soy sauce and pepper. Stir-fry until the rice is cooked through.
Optionally, add crab sticks and stir-fry until combined. Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds before serving.
