    • 🥚 4 eggs

  • Seasonings

    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 3 tbsp cooking oil

Prepare all ingredients: dice zucchini, onion, ham, mushrooms, and mince garlic.

Heat cooking oil in a wok and sauté garlic until fragrant.
