BAHAN-BAHAN

  • Dry Curry

    • ๐Ÿš 2 bowls (300g) of cooked rice
    • 150g of ground meat
    • ๐Ÿง… 1/4 onion (50g), minced
    • ๐Ÿ… 200g of canned tomatoes
    • 50g of mixed beans
    • 50g of curry roux, chopped
    • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
    • ๐Ÿง‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
    • ๐Ÿฅš 1 boiled egg, sliced
  • Yogurt Carrot Rapee

    • ๐Ÿฅ• 75g of carrot, julienned
    • ๐ŸŒฐ 4 roasted walnuts, chopped
    • 50g of unsweetened Greek yogurt
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 1/4 tsp of salt
    • 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
    • ๐Ÿ‹ 1 tsp of lemon juice
    • A pinch of black pepper
  • Salad

    • 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
    • ๐Ÿ… 3 cherry tomatoes, halved

Mince the onion, chop the curry roux, and slice the boiled egg into 4 pieces.

In a large microwave-safe container, mix ground meat, canned tomatoes, and minced onion. Mash the tomatoes while mixing.

Add mixed beans, chopped curry roux, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.

Remove from microwave, stir, and microwave uncovered for another 4 minutes until the meat is cooked through.

Julienne the carrot and sprinkle with salt. Massage the salt into the carrot and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.

Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the carrot and mix well.

Tear the green leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Plate the rice, salad, and yogurt carrot rapee. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on the carrot rapee.

Top the rice with dry curry and place sliced boiled egg on top.
