Daikon and Tuna Tomato Pasta

  • Seafood

    • ๐ŸŸ 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
  • Vegetables

    • 120g daikon radish, sliced
    • 1cm chopped daikon leaves
  • Condiments

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp chili flakes
    • ๐Ÿ… 3 tbsp ketchup
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Cut the daikon radish into thin slices and chop the leaves into 1cm pieces.

Boil spaghetti in a pan with water until 1 minute less than package instructions, drain, and return to the pan.

Add olive oil, chili flakes, and daikon to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.

Add tuna, daikon leaves, ketchup, salt, and pepper to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
