BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 150g firm tofu
 - 1/2 bunch mizuna
 - 300g cabbage
 - 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
 - 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
 
Curry Base
- 60g curry roux
 
Dumpling
- 20 dumpling wrappers
 - 200g ground pork
 - 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
 - 1/3 bunch chives
 - 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
 
Soup Base
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp dashi powder
 - 600ml water
 
LANGKAH
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces. Slice cabbage into manageable pieces.
Slice green onion diagonally for the hot pot and mince for dumplings.
Chop chives finely. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Trim and separate shimeji mushrooms.
Mix ground pork, minced green onion, chives, and salt and pepper in a bowl to make the dumpling filling.
Place 1/20th of the filling onto each dumpling wrapper, wet the edges with water, and seal. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat soup base ingredients (soy sauce, dashi powder, water) in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add tofu, cabbage, green onion, shimeji mushrooms, and dumplings. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add curry roux, and stir until dissolved. Add mizuna and bring to a boil briefly before serving.
