LANGKAH
Dice the red bell pepper and stir-fry with sesame oil and salt until softened.
Dice the spam and pan-fry with a small amount of vegetable oil until cooked. Remove excess grease with paper towels.
Dice the pickled radish into smaller pieces for better texture.
Drain the tuna and mix with mayonnaise, salt, sugar, black pepper, and sesame seeds.

Brush the inside of a tall paper cup with sesame oil and layer the ingredients, pressing firmly to create a compact tower.
Invert the cup onto a plate, gently remove the cup, and sprinkle with seaweed flakes and sesame seeds.
