    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Trim the bulbous parts of the garlic scapes and cut them into 3-4 cm pieces.

Boil water with 1/2 tbsp salt and blanch the garlic scapes until 3-4 pieces float.
