BAHAN-BAHAN
- Protein - 10 scoops protein powder
 
- Egg - 🥚 2 eggs
 
- Dairy - 🥛 85 ml soy milk
 
- Cocoa - 🍫 1 tbsp cocoa powder
 
- Nut - 🌰 Chopped nuts as desired
 
- Oil - 2 tbsp canola oil
 
- Coffee - ☕ 1 packet instant coffee
 
LANGKAH
Chop the nuts finely. You can use a weight like a dumbbell for convenience.
In a large bowl, combine protein powder, eggs, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, canola oil, and soy milk.
Dissolve the instant coffee in a small amount of hot water.
Add the dissolved coffee mixture to the bowl.
Prepare the batter by mixing until smooth and consistent.
Pour the batter into a large baking mold or divide into smaller molds.
Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top for added texture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
Let the bread cool before removing from the mold.
