LANGKAH
Prepare the clams by soaking them to remove sand.
Slice garlic, chop bell pepper to match garlic size, and slice green onion and chili pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add clams, chili pepper, and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry.
Pour in rice wine and stir-fry until the clams release their juices, then add oyster sauce.
Add green onion and finish cooking. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
