BAHAN-BAHAN
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
- 1/2 can clams in water (65g)
- 4 shiso leaves
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
LANGKAH
Add canned clams and seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, ginger) to a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and simmer while stirring until the liquid is almost gone.
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
In a bowl, mix cooked rice, clam mixture, sliced shiso leaves, and sesame seeds. Divide into two portions, wrap each in plastic wrap, and shape into triangular onigiri.
