Vegetables
- 150g bok choy
- 🧅 140g onion, sliced
- 2-3 red chilies
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 4 pepperoncino
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.3 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chicken stock
- 2.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 300ml water
- 0.5 tbsp sugar
LANGKAH
Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and black pepper to marinate the ground pork.
Add 1 egg white and 1.5 tbsp cornstarch to the pork mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables: slice garlic, green onion, onion, and red chilies. Separate bok choy leaves.
Mix the sauce ingredients: oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken stock, cornstarch, sesame oil, water, and sugar.
Heat 3 tbsp chili oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic, green onion, and pepperoncino.
Add the marinated pork to the pan and stir-fry over medium-high heat until the pork turns white.
Add sliced onion and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Pour the mixed sauce into the pan and stir until it thickens.
Add bok choy and red chilies, stir briefly, and turn off the heat.
Serve the stir-fried pork and bok choy over rice.
