- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp

- 🍄 180g king oyster mushrooms
 - 3 bell peppers
 - 1 piece ginger

- 2 tsp cornstarch
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 2 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 
LANGKAH
Remove the vein from the shrimp and coat them with cornstarch.
Slice king oyster mushrooms into 5mm rounds, cut bell peppers into bite-sized pieces, and julienne the ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add ginger, and stir until fragrant. Add mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add shrimp and bell peppers, stir briefly, then add the seasoning mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes until shrimp are cooked and liquid is reduced.
