BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
 
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers
 - 🥕 1/2 carrot
 
Seasoning
- 5g bonito flakes
 - 1 tbsp salad oil
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp grated ginger
 
LANGKAH
Slice the chicken thigh, bell peppers, and carrot into thin strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add bell peppers and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the carrot softens. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger) and stir-fry.
Turn off the heat and mix in the bonito flakes evenly.
